DeviantArt support asked me for a IPv4 in a ticket I wrote to them to change my email. I was initially asked to answer 6 required questions, which I did. A day later, that was when another member asked for my IP. I wrote a new ticket to have this question verified, and now the staff member who needed the required info supports who asked me about the IP. He responded in the older ticket, but I was told not to make multiple tickets about the "same" issue. In reality I only made 1 other ticket. They both gave me a link to whatismyipaddress. Is this normal from the support team? I can't even see if their email addresses are legitimate because I'm locked out of an abandoned email for my Deviantart..
