manager keeps messaging after work hours and expects quick replies, is this normal?
my manager regularly sends messages late at night and on weekends. at first i answered because i wanted to be helpful, but now it feels expected. if i don’t respond fast enough, i get comments about being “hard to reach.” i don’t mind occasional emergencies, but this is becoming constant. how do people set boundaries without hurting their reputation at work?
