Hello, I want to share a problem that I have I was wondering if someone else ever experienced it?

whenever I switch targets quickly in aim training or in fps games, sometimes my eyes lose focus just like how if you try hard to un-focus your eyes.
then i lose my target and crosshair and need to refocus my eyes which ends up in me losing the kill or missing completely the target.

I think it also happens when theres a big screen shake or flinch.

has anyone else experienced this before?
