Alternatives to peanut butter and humus

My daughter will start eating lunch at preschool soon and the school does not allow any nut or seed products due to some children having allergies. So sunflower butter is not allowed, and even humus is not allowed because I guess tahini can trigger allergies. I don’t think even coconut is supposed to be allowed. I’m trying to figure out wha protein to put in her lunch, because in the past id usually give her peanut butter and jelly or some humus.

She doesn’t like tofu yet, unfortunately. I am going to try tofurky but so far she only likes it somewhat. What she (and I also) like the most is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and I’m trying my best to think of something similar without nuts or seeds. Any ideas?

Thanks and hope it’s ok to ask this. :)
