I'm not sure when this change was made but I discovered today that discord's family emojis are now generic. You can no longer tell the differences between 👨‍👦‍👦 (single man boy boy) / 👨‍👧‍👧 (single man girl girl) or 👨‍👩‍👦 (mother father son) / 👨‍👨‍👦 (father father son) and other such permutations
