Hey everyone!

I bought a 9953 Helen's Legacy bag from a Japanese seller on ebay last week. Does anyone know why when I moisturize my bag with coach's moisturizer black smudges or lines appear. See pictures. It's more evident IRL. I panicked when it first happened. But then I realized it as it was drying, the marks were fading. But I'm still concerned.

Hi,

I ordered an item from eBay. It's coming from Japan and I live in Canada. For whatever reason my package is now in the USA. So I'm not only getting charged taxes and duties from japan, which I was expecting, but also the USA. Why did this happen?

I called fedex-- their AI is annoying and surprise surprise... could not help me.

I've contacted the seller.
