I'm considering a change and leaving urgent care for emergency medicine, how is Ethos? I'm strongly considering Mass Vet Referral in Woburn, their medicine is fantastic and I've used them personally years ago for my own dog. It's ECC and specialty, so I'm wondering how the environment in the ER is? Thank you!
