My husband and I were putting bird netting around our bushes and a branch snapped off. It’s about as long as my arm so I think it’s big enough to root and propagate, but I’m not sure the best way to do so
My husband and I have made the decision to retain our twin girls and have them repeat 1st grade. For those of you who have chosen to retain, how did you talk to your kids about it? I expect them to be a little upset, but I want to present it as positively as possible. My first thought would be to phrase it like “second grade is going to be even harder than first grade, and we want you to learn everything there is to learn in the 1st grade so that you do really well when you move on” but I worry that will make them scared of second grade come next year.
