My discord acount got stolen via a scam and I have access to my email but the hacker set up 2FA. I have access to my support acount but the supoort team have not responded to me in 2 weeks. I DMed discord on X as well. Is this normal and should I try some different method for contacting them.
Like I said i got my Discord stolen and i cant change the password and Í don't know what the current password is.
I tried making a support acount with a new e-mail as I assumed I can't access the one with my email realated to the kacked account. I saw the disclaimer that they might not be able to help, if the email I was using was not the correct one, but I had to try as i thought it was my only option. They told me to message them via the correct email and to tell them of my previous ticket. Surprisingly I entered the support account with the right email and they responded only a few hours after.
And since then it has been 2 weeks. The hacker is using my acount to try to scam my friends. I made another acount, but I would much rather get my old one back as I had some conversations I would like to preserve and stuff I was trackeing and a few personal servers I was testing stuff on.
tl;dr Is there a way to get a response from discord and some action or am I stuck just waiting?
