Bass player here considering dual Tonex One's to mix clean/dirty. I'm concerned about phase. When using two V2 captures, I see phase issues when testing in my DAW. Not on every pair of V2's, but enough to make me very wary.

I'm recording a clean signal to two channels, then using the Tonex plug in on both channels.

Is using my DAW an accurate way of testing for phase issues? If so (I assume it is), then I'll avoid spending more on an ABY and 2-channel mixer (or an LS-2).
