is it true that everyone likes one more than the other? Someone also told me you like whatever you get trained on first. So can second share why they like large or small format the best??
I’m in training and my trainer just kind of walks in to each place and knows exactly how to check in each customer and each one is so different. No clue how I’m supposed to walk in (front or back), sides doors, weird hallways like wtf??? check in on the phone, the dex thing, if I’m supposed to open the boxes and show them each thing, are they writing a check?!? So If I’m covering a route how the hell am I supposed to do that process without knowing how to with that specific customer?!? I’m so confused. (Just started training last week)
