First time bottom watering, accidentally left it for 2-3 hours.

heya, it’s user with hydrophobic soil from yesterday (I think).

I tried bottom-watering this evening, but accidentally left the plants in for 2-3 hours.

the soil is damp, yes, maybe wetter further down, immediately took them out and put them on paper towels.

orange leaf on the dark moon is from earlier due to being thirsty, but there’s a new leaf turning a little yellow/translucent ish. not fully mushy, just a little squishy, similar to when it was thirsty. rest of the leaves are still a little soft but doing a lot better.

Pink diamond is also a bit soft-ish, but less wrinkly than before.

soil is hydrophobic and has a lot of peat moss, which required bottom-watering.

I do not currently have access to soil or grit, but I plan on getting cactus soil in a few days when my schedule opens up.

worried about overwatering.

Please help!!! Is my Echeveria under or overwatered???

I recently got her from Home Depot, and I haven’t fully watered since I was afraid she was overwatered. I previously removed a yellowed leaf since it looked really freaky and was yellow translucent with these green spots??? I misted once but a new leaf (pictured above) started turning yellow so I stopped.

soil is bone dry, I didn’t get to give it too much light since it was cloudy, bt I moved them outside for better light. Will move to a better spot, and I haven’t gotten to grab new proper succulent soil yet.

the leaves in the center/top are normal firm, but majority of the lower leaves are softer than normal???

the Echeveria pink diamond next to it I got the same day, and the leaves are also slightly soft???

please help!!!!
