managing anxiety
so i’ve struggled with anxiety all of my life but as i’m studying for my third retake it’s REALLY gotten bad. i am constantly finding myself spiraling into negative thoughts and ik it’s a huge reason as to why i haven’t scored as well as ive wanted. do u guys have any tips or advice for managing ur anxiety during studying, practice questions, FLs and for the actual test?
