if you succeeded on your retake (3rd especially)- what changed?

taking my 3rd retake 07/24, honestly looking for advice/ANYTHING from people who were in a similar spot and really turned things around. what do u regret not doing/not spending more time on and vice versa? what general advice do u have ?

trying to approach this 3rd (and hopefully final) retake differently, i would appreciate any advice or redemption stories pls 😭 first mcat- august 2024 500 (125/125/124/126) and second mcat- september 2025 501 (124/124/125/128). im aiming for 510+ 🙏

3rd retake pls help 😭

so i’m retaking for the 3rd time july 24th (1st aug 2024- 500 (125/125/124/126) 2nd sept 2025- 501 (124/124/125/128)) and i am struggling a LOT with b/b to be honest. my biggest issues have been text anxiety, timing, and trouble comprehending difficult passages. i’ve been grinding uw and feeling like im making progress in the other sections but when it comes to b/b…. i don’t even know. i am very much a visual learner, if anyone has some good video or website recommendations that have really helped them in b/b i would appreciate it so much (or literally any advice honestly is welcome pls). i just feel like ive hit a plateau and spend hours practicing and reviewing with little to no results :(
