Win11 Randomly freezes up when interacting with second monitor

Windows 11 Randomly freezes up completly except sound, this happens when i click on my second monitor while gaming or just doing anything, this didnt happen on win 10.

First the second monitor goes black then i have a picture again and then my OS freezes completly ctrl+shift+win+b doesnt work when this happens.

Processor AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core Processor (3.40 GHz)

Installed RAM 32,0 GB

Graphics card AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT (16 GB)
