vent?

I lived a very stressful hectic last few years and worked rotational shifts. in March my hb was 9.8 and I went to a gynec and she was very unprofessional shaming me in many ways asking for personal favours. she suggested speedral for 30 days. I took it and after 30th dose waited 3 days and took a blood test for CBC again and my numbers are just.. same? 9.7. oh and im vegetarian for reference, cant stand meat.

I wonder if the medicine sucks or if my body isnt good at using this or if I have any other issues im just gonna consult a different doc soon but im scared of infusions and dont want to get to that.. I was very hopeful I would be able to go back to my HIIT workouts after supplements but I cant do the things I was able to do 2 years ago. I feel weak and am being called dramatic by some loved ones. Just want to put this out there.
