Job interview is more important than a person's life.
So yesterday in Lithuania there was a first air raid alert since WW2 because of russian/Ukrainian attack drones flying nearby and everyone was urged via emergency alert system to seek shelter. According to this HR it was not big enough of a reason to pause the job interview.
