Approaching a stranger, pompously expecting them to know you, having them look you up, physicallu following them and not dropping the matter even when they don't have signal and give them hotspot to look you up and find out you're blocked ☠️ He probably just reiterated that guy's decision to block him in the first place. I can't imagine what's worse - that this is an actual thing that happened, or that someone thought this was interesting enough to make up and post as a story 🤦🏻‍♀️
