I was having a fun time with my girlfriend when i suddenly felt a sharp pain. I checked and same blood. I’ve checked closer and realists that i had a tear in my frenulum. I isn’t a complete tear but not a small one either.

What do i do and how long until it heals and do i need to contact a doctor?
