After i lifted a heavy bagpack on shoulders in the back and a light laptop bag in frontside while carrying two more bags in both of my hand while travelling in the railway station. I injured my back muscles. And its been 6 months i was getting pain so i visited a physiotherapist and she suggested me an xray. And in that xray she said that i am having scoliosis. I am very scared after knowing that my spine is noy straight and has lost its natural curvate along with loss of cervical curve.

please help me to know can i correct my posture back to normal and how much time it will take if i do consistent exercises.
