Am I wrong for feeling this way so soon?

I, 29F have been working in ISLG for a while and from my perspective,

I genuinely feel like the "inclusive and supportive" culture is a facade.

I have a co-worker that has been sort of a high school bully type since day one and I had requested to be moved to another department due to that as well as not feeling like that department is the right fit for me due to my disability which was fully disclosed to management prior to me starting.

I am still trying to learn the ins and outs of my department, do my required learning and work OSLG + other departments when asked because I feel bad for saying no, then I am made to feel like an inconvenience to everyone when I get overwhelmed.

I feel like I am completely ignored by management and treated as less than others because I am fairly new so I don't know if this place is good for me mentally but in this economy,

I sure can't afford to quit..
