Fat loss?? Am I imagining it?
I tore my ankle ligaments 3 weeks ago today, pretty horrendous injury and still about 30% off recovery but I believe the BPC has helped massively. I have been on 250mcg a day since a day after it happened.
However, not only do I feel like it has helped my ankle, I feel it has helped me lose fat? I am slightly leaner than I was and a pound lighter, this is considering I have went from 15,000 steps a day to about 3000 if that.
Is there any evidence this could be related to the BPC or just a strange coincidence?
