Injury-site injection vs. abdominal injection — advice?

What are everyone’s thoughts and experiences with injecting at the injury site vs. sticking with abdominal injections?

I buggered up my shoulder again (grrr) and I’m interested in trying site-specific injections, but I’m not 100% sure how to approach it. There’s basically zero subcutaneous fat around my shoulder, so I’m wondering:

  • Is the goal to inject into the muscle itself?
  • How close to the actual injury site should the injection be?
  • Does injection depth matter?
  • How do people determine dosage/concentration for site injections vs. abdominal injections?

I’m currently using a Wolverine blend.

Looking mainly for experiences from people who have actually done injury-site injections and what they found worked—or didn’t.

250 Subcutaneous 1x/day injury site.

Hey guys I have been going for 2 weeks on Research of my shoulder injury. I've missed 2 days on separate occasions from being away from home unplanned. My research has not yielded any signs of relief in mobility or pain yet. I see people doing 250 2x per day, I see people insisting the stack with TB.....can someone who has gotten actual results help me understand if I should be 2x/day, 500 1x/day or once missed then do a makeup in the a.m. and catch my nightly again? I am genuinely distracted by the amount of ambiguity in this community. So many people doing things much differently and results that vary from inputs... amounts, dosing schedule, sites, to results in full heals in weeks to 16 weeks with no result.

Please share knowledge with me

Is bpc the best peptide for recovery?

Pretty straightforward question, what is the best peptide for physical therapy and recovery?

I've heard that peptides like tb-500 and cjc can be effective, but which one is the best?

I don't have the budget to bu ythat combination of the three, wolverine stack or something similar, which is why I'm looking for a single compound.

BPC-157: what the published human evidence shows

FDA's published-literature review found five small BPC-157 studies involving about 80 exposed people. Two were randomized against placebo, and the only efficacy trial did not separate from placebo. A sponsor-posted gummy record reports completed status and 40 actual participants, while another sponsor record reports a subcutaneous trial; both lack posted results. No country has approved BPC-157, WADA bans it at all times, and it is absent from the current 503A Bulks List.

Help me guys🫶🏻!

Hi, could someone shed some light on this? I’m a 22-year-old man. I had shoulder impingement and bursitis in both shoulders and ended up having surgery on both — one 10 months ago and the other 6 months ago.
I do my physiotherapy exercises every day and strengthen the muscles at the gym, but I’m still struggling badly. I get pain from walking, sitting without back support or with my arms hanging down, and even from simply standing still. At this point, I basically can’t work and I’m starting to feel like I’m breaking down.
I recently had another MRI, and it showed that everything looks good apart from some remaining tendinosis.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Did anything eventually help? And has anyone tried the “Wolverine” BPC-157 + TB-500 course, and did it actually help?
There aren’t many people in my country who I can consult about this, so I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone with a similar experience.

Does it help with calf strain

Injured both my calf’s in 10k road race, been told that injecting bpc 157 & tb500 (wolverine) will help the healing process much quicker, has anyone tried this for strained calf’s ( probably grade 2) … it’s been 7 weeks post injury & I’ve been injecting for just over a week now… don’t feel any different thus far?

16 day run….

Long story short (and I think I know the answer), last week I tore my calf muscle. Currently on crutches. I have a trip to Europe with my wife in 16 days that was supposed to be a hiking trip and will now be much more relaxed. I have some BPC-157 arriving today and I’ve never used it before. Does it make any sense at all to run it for the next 16 days before I leave? Is there any point to doing it or should I just wait until after I’m back to do a proper 8 week run if my natural recovery isn’t going as planned? I’m just trying to heal myself as much as I can before we leave. Will be seeing a physiotherapist soon etc.

I can’t bring it with me as importing it is illegal - although possession is legal but with syringes in my bag I could get flagged and searched. Thanks for any info

How can Oral Wolverine work?

Starting to see lots of ads promoting Wolverine (BPC-157 + TB-500 (more likely TB4, according to many) as an oral supplement. I understand how BPC-157 could theoretically exist as an oral compound. It by definition survives in the gut. But TB? Even if it were enteric coated, wondering how the molecule - which is quite large - would be absorbed into the bloodstream. Please, someone who understands the science better please walk me through it.

Where BPC-157 and TB-500 stand with FDA after the July committee votes

BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, MOTS-c, DSIP, Semax, and Epitalon came off FDA's Category 2 safety-risk list in April 2026. The nominations were withdrawn, so the listings went with them. FDA cleared nothing. One enforcement flag gone.

July 23-24 the Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee reviewed all seven for the 503A Bulks List. That's a compounding ingredient question, not drug approval. They recommended six for inclusion, each tied to a specific indication, and voted DSIP down. BPC-157 for ulcerative colitis, KPV and TB-500 for wound healing, MOTS-c for obesity and osteoporosis, Semax for cerebral ischemia and migraine, Epitalon for insomnia.

Every vote was narrow and every one went against FDA's own reviewers, who recommended adding none of them. No written minutes posted yet. The tallies come from the archived webcasts and trade press, and those disagree on at least one day-two count.

Nothing is compoundable today. The list is unchanged. PCAC only advises, and FDA has to run notice-and-comment rulemaking before anything gets added. It can agree, narrow the indication, or sit on it.

2024 is worth looking at. Same committee voted against every peptide-adjacent substance it reviewed. ipamorelin-related, kisspeptin-10, AOD-9604-related, CJC-1295-related, thymosin alpha-1-related at 17 to 4.

WADA didn't move. 2026 list still has BPC-157 under S0 and thymosin beta-4 derivatives, TB-500 included, under S2. if you get tested, nothing changed.

none of this says anything about product quality. a committee vote doesn't test the vial in your fridge.

on GHK-Cu, fda says it intends to bring it to PCAC before the end of february 2027, injectable and non-injectable separately.

Oral BPC-157 Emotional Numbing side effect

Hi All,

I took ~53 days of oral BPC-157 (500mcg a day). I noticed i had pretty bad fatigue and eventually developed emotional numbing - no longer feel as good taking caffeine, experiencing things, felt emotionally flat, and blank mind. Additionally though I also don't feel nearly as much anxiety or adrenaline for things that would usually draw that effect. It has been 3 weeks since I discontinued and still have this swimmy head feeling and numbness.

Has anyone experienced similar and does it go away? How long did it take yours to go away if it did?

Would appreciate any insight.

Thank you!

My experience with BPC-157 after 2+ weeks — digestion, inflammation & diet

Hey everyone,

I’ve been taking BPC-157 for a little over two weeks now and wanted to share my experience so far. This is obviously just my personal experience and not medical advice.

Positive effects

The biggest thing I’ve noticed is my digestion. I feel like my digestion problems have improved since starting BPC-157.

I’ve also noticed a pretty significant difference in my face. Before, my face often looked quite puffy/bloated, which I personally associated with the inflammation and gut issues I’ve been dealing with. Since starting BPC-157, my face looks noticeably less swollen to me.

Because of that, I have the impression that my overall inflammation may have gone down as well.

Negative effects / things I’ve noticed

The main downside has been fatigue.

The first few days were pretty normal, but after around 4–6 days I started feeling increasingly tired and sluggish. When I was taking it in the morning, I sometimes became so tired after 1–2 hours that I needed to take a power nap.

I’ve also noticed that I have less drive and motivation. Things I normally need to get done sometimes feel more “whatever” to me. I’m not sure if this is directly from BPC-157 or simply a consequence of feeling more tired.

Another weird thing I’ve noticed is that after walking for a long time, I sometimes get a feeling similar to muscle soreness, and I’ve occasionally had a similar feeling in my abdominal muscles.

Because of the fatigue, I’m currently experimenting with taking it in the evening, which so far seems to work better for me. I’ve been able to sleep well and for a good amount of time.

Diet / Leaky Gut

I’m also thinking a lot more about my diet now.

I was already eating relatively well before starting BPC-157, but I’m wondering whether making my diet more specifically suited to my gut issues could potentially make an even bigger difference.

I’m currently trying to figure out which foods I should gradually add back in and which foods I should avoid, rather than just restricting my diet indefinitely.

If I can combine the improvements I’ve noticed with BPC-157 with a diet that actually works well for my gut, I’m wondering whether that could potentially lead to a significant improvement in my gut symptoms over time.

Has anyone here had a similar experience with BPC-157 + dietary changes, particularly regarding digestion, bloating or suspected “leaky gut”?

I’d be interested to hear what worked for you and what foods you found easiest to reintroduce.

BAC water shelf life

I ordered a 10ml BAC water vial.
I drew out 2 mL of it with a syringe.
The vial with the remaining 8 ml has been in the fridge for 4–5 weeks.
Can I still use it for another peptide?
How long do you keep your opened BAC water?

BPC success

I’ve been doing 500 mcg subQ in the morning, and so far the biggest thing I’ve noticed is the mental side. My mood feels better, the brain fog has cleared up a lot, and I have noticeably better energy throughout the day. I’m not getting that same feeling of fatigue that I normally would.
I’ve also noticed a pretty significant improvement in my libido and erections. My sex drive has been noticeably higher, and I’m getting more frequent and stronger erections than I was before. That’s been another unexpected positive for me along with the improvements in mood, energy, and brain fog.
I’ve tried oral before, but I couldn’t sleep at night even when taking it in the morning. I’ve also tried taking it at night and still had trouble sleeping, so subQ in the morning has been working much better for me personally.
I’ve been averaging around 20k steps a day this past week, with one day hitting 30k. I’m still pretty sore, so I’m guessing the effects on my muscles may take longer to really notice.
Overall, though, the mental benefits have been the biggest win for me so far. Honestly, this is probably the best I’ve felt from anything I’ve tried.
Planning to run it for around 60 days daily then take some time off. Obviously this is just my personal experience, but wanted to share a positive update.

Heart palpitations on oral bpc

I'm just here to ask if anyone else had this experience. I'm not looking for advice or to be told go see a doctor.

Ive been experiencing a frequent feeling of heart palpitations without pain or loss of breath and realized that it started around when I started oral bpc 500mg capsules 2 weeks ago. I stopped taking them 2 days ago and haven't felt any. Mine are third party tested but I'm not sure by what lab or how to find out because it doesn't specify on the website I ordered from but they're made in the US supposedly.

*If it matters I'm 51 female 5'1 130 lbs and started taking for gut

BPC's angiogenesis confirmed?

Background: Because I have a history of thyroid nodules, I often get thyroid ultrasounds. I had an ultrasound in April, but my endo appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for the fall. Because of that, I was issued a new ultrasound order (completed days ago) for the rescheduled upcoming appointment. This means I have two ultrasounds to compare, one before my BPC use and one after.

Timeline:
- Thyroid Ultrasound April 20th.
- Heavy BPC-157 use from late April to June.
- Thyroid Ultrasound August 6th.

Findings:
- My original ultrasound shows my thyroid was slightly enlarged and had normal blood flow.
- My post-BPC ultrasound showed my thyroid was of normal size with increased blood flow/vascularity.
- The radiologist tried to make sense of the increased blood flow by theorizing there could be some underlying inflammatory process. That's highly unlikely as all of my inflammation markers came back rock bottom (including hs-CRP < 0.1).
- I do have screenshots of the ultrasounds if anyone is interested (could not attach here).

Conclusion:
I don't really have a conclusion. I'm not sure if the increased blood flow to my thyroid is good, bad, or neutral. All I know is that all thyroid lab work came back normal, so there doesn't seem to be a problem.

This does make me curious what other organs could have responded with increased blood flow, but I'll never know that answer. Overall, this is just speculative information based on before-BPC and after-BPC ultrasounds. It's not meant to be anything else. It's not pro-BPC or anti-BPC. It's just info.
