Bpc and anxiety/depression

I love bpc. I had an ankle injury three years ago and it broke 3 bones in my ankle. Im on my feet all day for work and bpc really helps my pain and helps my back pain but MAN, the depression is so rough. I want to do another cycle, but I dont want to deal with that again. Also the facial swelling (might have been the brand I used) nd fatigue is hard on me. I know this isn't everyone's experience but I am already prone to depression/anxiety and this is like a risk vs. reward situation. So, Im just wondering if anyone else has experienced the mental/emotional effects this badly? Thanks.

Im about to quit bc of corporate

I work in the deli and its already a hard department to work in. My manager got in trouble with corporate because the executive wife came in and saw holes in the sandwich wall at 740pm, we only have one guy to make sandwiches. We have had 5 people get fired or quit. So its me working counter and one other night cook. He has to work 13 days in a row sometimes. The assistant manager steps in as a night cook every once in a while but its been so hard to keep people or find new people. Now my manager is changing my hours again from 1-9 (we close at 9) to 2-10 and blaming me and the night cook for stuff she got in trouble for. Im about to quit. I cant take it anymore. There are other reasons at my store I want to quit that i won't go into right now. I just need some support or advice. Ive been here 7 months. Im a good worker and the fact they are blaming us for getting in trouble makes me upset because my manager plays favorites with people in the deli. She has her favorite cook that gets mornings and her favorite counter person that also gets mornings and they can do no wrong. Then its me working counter alone at night and the cook working 13 days in a row and we are getting blamed and told that we need to stay later. Also my entire store is union, except for the deli. We tried to unionize and then lost those five people for our votes. Any advice would be helpful because im at the end of my rope. Thank you.

How to get hours for certification if peer support jobs are only hiring people that already have a certification?

Hello. I am currently taking a peer support training class, the one taken before getting the hours for your certification. It's already making me question whether this is right for me because I live in Idaho. I can't find a job on any online job sites that specifically say that you don't need a certification to work there. How am I supposed to get the 200 hours for the certification if I can't find a peer support job that will hire me without the certification? How were you able to do that? My teacher for the training said not to do an unpaid internship because you actually should be paid for the 200 training hours in Idaho. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I know it is going to vary from state to state but any type of insight would be nice. Thank you.

I have so much fear surrounding me leaving AA

I have a year sober and I've never gotten this long before. Ive been working with a sponsor. She is my step moms sponsee. I have gained a lot from the program but something doesn't sit right with me. Im working on 9th step amends and she wants me to pay back my dad for him paying for an ambulance bill he got after I overdosed when I was 17. I was a minor. There's a lot of parts of AA I feel like are fear mongered into me about leaving and not finishing the steps. My dad has been in program for 20 years and my step mom even longer. Im so scared to leave because I finally have a good relationship with my dad. After 15 years of having a strained relationship and im scared he will reject me again if I tell him I left AA. We go to meetings together. So much of me doing AA is wrapped up in him. I just want to live my life but I feel brain washed. That if I leave ill relapse and die. That ill go back to jail. I believe in god. Thats not the problem. The problem is I dont agree with what theyre telling me about my amends. The fact they hate therapy and meds. So many things. Im scared to leave and im scared to stay. I need reassurance of people who left and it was okay. Im on probation until 2029 as a felon for my drug charges and ive almost died from my opiate addiction. AA helped me get off suboxone and out of an emotionally abusive relationship. But its hard for me to keep doing this like I did before. My heart isn't in it anymore. I feel like something is wrong with me. And im scared my dad Will hate me. And im scared to relapse. Please any words of advice or encouragement are appreciated

The 9th step makes me not want to continue doing the work

Im one year sober and Im starting on step eight. I think the ninth step is a freeing step when it comes to, my family, the jobs Ive walked out of because of a resentment in addiction and stores that Ive stolen from.

But when it comes to making an amends to my dead boyfriends mom, it feels really selfish. He died from fentanyl at 25. I didnt go to the funeral and she blames me because I was an enabler.

He may have hit a bottom if it wasnt for me. I also kept reviving him every time he overdosed on fent and the third time he overdosed I wasnt there and he died. My sponsor wants me to make an amends to his mom and I think its selfish because

  1. She has been through enough with her son's death and I'm not trying to upset her even worse with a grief that is never goin to get better. Losing a child is SO unnatural. All parents should have the privilege of outliving their children.

  2. It feels selfish because my boyfriend was doing opiates before we met and after i moved out. He was very unhappy and I wish I could go back in time and try to 12 step him but he has passed on to the other side. It feels like by doing this im rubbing it in her face that I lived through drug addiction and he didnt.

  3. I tried to make an amends when I was still using by sending her a message on Facebook that just said "im sorry im sorry im sorry" repeatedly and it was super messy so I dont know if shell be receptive now

The rest of the amends, I dont have a problem with. But a grieving mother who lost her son in 2021 feels dirty. I lost him too and its gut wrenching. But im asking to see why trying to selfishly get my own step work done is going to somehow make her feel better when its not going to bring her son back. If anything it might just make me feel better and her feel worse. It feels like a harm in itself. That's why i say it feels selfish

I would rather make a living amends that I dont do that behavior again. Any input is appreciated. Thank you.

Facial swelling from bpc-157?

I have only pinned three times now. Twice in upper calf and once in my inner thigh. This is for an ankle injury, I broke my ankle in three places. I had surgery to put some hardware in there. I recently started a job where Im on my feet 40 hours a week in a kitchen and constantly moving on hard floors which is caushing a lot of pain in my ankle again. I switched to a lower dose which seemed to help a bit but I was wondering if anyone else has dealt with this? Is it a histamine reaction? I took benadryl the first time and stopped for a week and it went away. This time Im hoping there has to be something I can do because the benefits of BPC-157 outweigh having a puffy face. Im just wondering if its like a moon face symptom like people on steroids get? Or a histamine reaction? Could I be allergic? Any experience with this is appreciated. The only other real side effect im getting is diarrhea but Im used to that because I do suffer from IBS.

10 day cycle?

I broke my ankle 3 years ago and had surgery on it. I did a 2 week cycle 6 months after surgery and it helped, intramuscular and not sure of the dose tbh. The thing is i was on suboxone at the time so any anxiety, depression, stomach problems went unnoticed because i was already so constipated from the suboxone/blunted emotional state that nothing bothered me. Im almost a year off of suboxone, a year off my antidepressants (cymbalta) and im struggling with depression. Im wondering if doing bpc intramascular injections will effect my mood? It didnt last time but really with all the meds I was on i dont even remember much. Like at all. Just looking for anecdotal experiences, I suppose. I haven't started yet and im debating not because of all the horrible side effects ive read. On the other hand I work a very physical job 40 hrs a week and my ankle is killing me, even three years after the trimalleour fracture surgery. i wanna do another 10 day cycle with a small dose but im scared of the depression/ anhedonia, any advice? Thanks.
