Body cams

Is there a policy on us wearing body cams at work? (Socal) Companies like Walmart are already allowing their employees in select stores.

Ethics Hotline

I just reported a pharmacist to the ethics hotline due to constant harassment and i just cant understand why! She’s the one who hired me and now is trying to get rid of me.. but the pharmacist manager won’t allow it! So instead she continues to write me up over little things. Today I finally had the balls to report her and i’m just trying to see how this process goes. I really love my job and i don’t want to lose it because she is out to get me. Can someone explain to me how the ethics hotline solves situations like this?

Asking about gender identity and being transgender on applications

Ziprecruiter application for Albertsons Pharmacy has required fields "Do you identify as transgender?" and "What is your gender identity?" and "How do you identify your sexual orientation?" THESE ARE NOT NORMAL QUESTIONS FOR AN APPLICATION. Palantir farming the data or something?

How much should I ask for when pursuing a full time bakery role?

Hi everyone. I have an interview in the Dallas/Garland (it's kinda in between), Texas, USA area in bakery. I have 4 years experience in this department from Kroger. How much should I be expecting to get paid with my experience? Basically, how much should I ask for at the interview so I don't get low balled? $17hr? Too much? Too little? Thanks. :) edit I don't have experience in cake decorating or lead role. I was a kroger bakery closer. edit 2 for anyone interested, I got hired. Im getting paid $17.30hr. Asked for $18 and bargain down to $17.30.
