I want to ask this from the perspective of a software developer trying to transition into a product management role. I’m looking for guidance from experienced professionals about the biggest problems they currently face in their work that they wish there was a better product or tool to solve.

I want to work on real problems faced by PMs, operations teams, or engineers in this domain, so that as someone early in my career, I can either build something useful or at least contribute meaningfully to the discussion. In the end, I’m mainly looking for a list of real problems I can explore and think about possible product solutions for.
