We want to split it up between sandals halycon and rabot hotel.
My husband is worried about no AC in rabot hotel so I’m curious if anyone has stayed here in July and how it was at night.
Multiple coaches at my studio are leaving to go to a Jetset that opened down the road. I’m curious if any instructors who have coached both think one is better than the other?? From what I’ve heard from class goers, Jetset isn’t very challenging compared to Solidcore. Any coaches that switched to Jetset, I would love to hear why!! Is it pay/benefits or do you believe the class is better?
I’ve had the 8 classes a month membership for about 2 years at this point with 185 classes. I’ve been using the 25-50 springs primarily with the black side center core 50+ springs. Personally I felt like I couldn’t really pop up to my toes much on the 50+ springs on the grey side.
I just upgraded to the unlimited membership. Curious for anyone who had a similar experience with the springs if going more frequently allowed you to bump up ur spring load. Also did u notice a big difference result wise/physically once going unlimited?
