My dx partner suffers from severe rsd. She wants me to initiate every romantic interaction. She spirals after every setback in our personal lives and sulks when I want to do things with my friends.

Any tips on handling the negative rsd episodes after asking for a break from binge watching her shows to hang out with friends? Or how to comfort her when a water pipe bursts? I'm to the point where I just want to say "it is what it is" and just walk away.
