First year playing football as a freshman

I posted on here a little while ago explaining my situation, but I'm so stressed over it idk what to do. I've never really been athletic. I timed a 5.81 40 yard dash (albeit I don't think I was going my hardest) and can only bench 80 lbs. There's some dudes I know who are doing football who are complete assholes and have been assholes to me throughout middle school. They've been playing football throughout middle school as well. I only have 1 friend who I'm not even that close with who's gonna be doing football, and with my first ever conditioning tomorrow, idk what to do. I'm really anxious

Starting freshman football as a first year

I've never played organized football in my life, and I feel pretty out of shape. Conditioning starts in a week and a half and honestly idk if I'm ready. I know a lot of the guys doing it are a lot more athletic then me, and a lot of them are assholes too. From my knowledge, I only really have 1 friend I know doing it, and we're not close friends. Idk what to do because I really don't want to get bullied or made fun of by the other kids. Also on the side is conditioning as hard as people say?

If it helps im 14 5,7 140 lbs and I can only bench around 60.

I have to start going to conditioning in 2 weeks and I've never played football in my life. I am weak as well with my bench being around 55-60 pounds max. Im 5,7 14 140 lbs what do I do? I'm not trying to embarrass myself in front of coach, or most importantly the other students

How do I get ready for football

I'm 14, 5'7 140 lbs and I've never played football. I just started the gym so at the moment I can only bench ~55. My 100m time is 15 as well. Conditioning starts for me in 2 weeks and idk where to start. I don't want to embarrass myself in front of everyone else in the weight rooms. Please help me
