I keep getting the 'building needs maintenance' warning constantly. How do I fix this, and how am I supposed to maintain these buildings? Since I don't understand how it works, I've just been demolishing and rebuilding them every time they need maintenance. Is there an easier way or a proper method to maintain buildings?

I recently bought Manor Lords, but some of my friends told me I should refund it because it’s still in Early Access. I also checked the Steam reviews, and a lot of people are complaining about bugs and saying it’s not worth the current price tag.
However, I know games get updated over time. What is the current state of the game right now? Have there been good updates recently that fixed these major bugs, or is it still lacking content for its price?
Should I refund it and wait for the full release, or is it worth keeping and playing right now? I'd love to hear your honest opinions. Thanks!
