For the lefties who light up...

For the lefties who light up...

..which hand do you use for what?

Most of us, if not all, in some capacity, have learned to use our right hand for day-to-day things. Whether it's because we were shown that way, or the item was only available in a right-handed option, or it just felt more natural.

I'm no exception. I do things right-handed about 40% of time maybe. And it never consciously occurs to me that I'm doing something right-handed until I go to do something else that I happen to do left-handed. If that makes sense.

Another observation:

As we all know, the text/logo on just about every utensil/tool meant to be held in one's hand is usually upside-down/backward when held in the left hand.

I was having a couple puffs after work, as one does, and I realized that the print on the chillum was right side up (in my left hand). I thought, "Whoa, that NEVER happens!"

And it made me wonder if, after 30years of smoking, I am just now realizing I smoke right-handed?? 🤷🏼‍♀️. I switched hands (lighter in left..pipe in right) and it was super uncomfortable.

Just curious what my fellow southpaw smokers had to say.
