Tesla breaking their promises
When I purchased my Tesla Model 3, one of the hooking factors was the attractive 1 year supercharger for free. They knew from day one that I wanted the most basic Model 3, and they kept insisting on me closing the deal as soon as possible so I would not miss the promotion of 1 year of using supercharger for free. I even have their written confirmation via message that my purchase included it, and again they knew exactly what I was purchasing (attached picture).
Now I noticed that my supercharger session were being charged to my credit card, and when I asked them about this they said:
>Hi. The Model 3 trim you ordered and received was not eligible for the One Year of Supercharging incentive, which was available only for the Model 3 Premium and Performance trims.
>You did receive 2,000 miles of Supercharging as part of the trade-in program for a gas-powered vehicle.
>We do apologize if improper expectation and incorrect information was provided at that time. I have reached out to the specific individual to follow up on this matter.
How can this be possible? How can I escalate this so they give me what they promised?
