Hello!

I got my Snapmaker back in May and I’ve been loving it so far. This is the first issue I’ve run into, and I’m hoping someone can help.

Does anyone know why the print failed in that spot near the bottom? (See attached image.) I was printing a two-tone model with a black base and white on top, but I stopped the print as soon as I noticed the problem.

Any ideas on what might have caused this or how to prevent it in the future? I’d really appreciate any advice.
