In your opinion, what are the best and worst majors/colleges at UH (in terms of teaching quality, professors, advisors, internship, and job opportunities)?

I'll order contacts online for my graduation. But every store requires a prescription which I don't have. Do y'all know where to get cheap contact prescription without insurance and also how much it is (in Houston btw)? I'm 17 so I can't use 1-800.
