What's your "Never Need to Work Again" number? 🌍💰

If you could retire today, what net worth would make you comfortable enough to never need a paycheck again?

Sometimes Quitting Isn't Weakness—It's Survival

I'm 46 and have spent more than two decades building my career. I believed in pushing through difficult phases, working harder, and staying loyal to the organization.

But sometimes things don't just become difficult—they become toxic.

For me, the signs were:

  • Constant criticism with little or no support
  • Public questioning of capabilities and contribution
  • Spending all my energy surviving the day instead of creating value
  • Realizing that my self-worth was becoming tied to manager's opinion

There is a difference between running away from challenges and walking away from sustained toxicity. Decided to quit the 60L job.

Anybody else having gone through this situation ?
