Hi I am a beginner sewist and I have this Brother machine. I have only used it a few times. I changed the platform to use the embroidery settings but when I start to sew it seems like the sewing mechanism can't move. Does it look like the automatic threader is stuck? The threader wasn't working correctly when I threaded the needle so I did it manually. I don't know what else the issue could be but I i don't want to ruin a new machine. THANKS
