People with relatively Mild AA how long have you had it and how many relapses?

I’ve had it now 15 years started roughly age 20. It comes and goes I’ve never had more than 3 patches sometimes it’s only 1. It was at its worst after my second child but I did have Covid as well. It seems to come back every 2-3 years always in winter. It has become more persistent than it used to be my last flare took about 18 months to stop. I don’t use anything to treat it.

I can cope with the patches but I still worry one day it will all fall out. Has anyone had it longer and it just remained patchy?
