"Hey everyone! I’m a bit confused about a scene in Sailor Moon Cosmos. Does Princess Kakyuu ever actually say 'It's an honor to meet you, Sailor Moon, or rather Neo Queen Serenity' to Usagi in the apartment? I swear I remember hearing her say it in a movie format, but I've seen clips online where she doesn't. Did this happen in the movie, or am I thinking of the manga/90s version?"
