Reta heavy periods
Week 7 on reta, 5mg. Most heaviest period ever. I started period 7 days ago usual heaviest on day 2 with it easing up by day 5 then on its way out. This time it was a medium loss until day 6 and 7 when I was flooding like crazy for two nights and two days, using super large tampons filling up within the hour at one stage. I actually can say I have never had a period so heavy and the blood pouring out of me like it is. Thank gosh now by the end of today it has eased up slightly, I think and hope the worst is over. I dare say this will be a 10 day or longer period by the time I stop bleeding completely. I have upped my iron and am drinking lots of water. I don't know if I can handle another period as heavy as this. It has left me feeling weak with bad cramps also.
I have seen a few other women have had this same experience. Now I have made this thread I am sure there will be more stories as I know I was looking for some to support my experience.
