Being an adult doesn’t mean living by someone else’s checklist

Honestly, adulthood feels a lot easier once you stop worrying about doing it the “correct” way. As long as your bills are paid, you’re taking care of yourself, and you’re not hurting anyone, the rest is pretty personal.
Some people love staying in all weekend. Others need late nights out to feel alive. Some cook full meals every day, some survive on takeout and snacks. You can save every dollar, or spend money on experiences that make you happy. Change careers at 40. Pick up a random hobby at 60. Wear the same clothes forever or reinvent your style every year.
There isn’t some universal adult formula everyone is secretly following.
Just build a life that works for you, keeps you sane, and makes you feel okay waking up every morning. The rest is mostly pressure and background noise.
