Why does it have to take 30 days ,instead of giving someone hope to end up being not selected.Why not just mail the person immediately you've seen they've not been selected?

And then why am I not able to secure the position and I already passed the interview and even ended up being certified?

Me seeing hiring manager reviewing for almost a month it is raising my hopes too high but I end up being frustrated at the end🫠
