Is this a wart or something else

last year I had a larger wart on my knee and tried to remove both this growth and the confirmed wart. the confirmed wart died and is gone but this thing never responded at all to the treatment (salicylic acid and ultimately acetic acid). any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!!
