Why do they do this? Left lane/Blockers...

I had family coming into town and I was on my way to the airport to pick them up. I was doing 70 in a 65 when I come up on a Camry cruising in the left lane, next to him is a Honda CRV blocking the middle lane. I wait a minute to see if Camry Richard will move over but of course not and CRV Richard is happily cruising next to him.

I notice the right lane (3 lane highway) has enough space for a pass so I move into the right lane and start my pass of the CRV... He starts to frantically accelerate to cut me off...why? He was happily cruising blocking the highway next to the Camry until he noticed people wanted to get around them. It makes no sense!

I don't drive a clapped out 💩 box 😤. So his attempt to block was unsuccessful to say the least. I pass them both and continue my journey... except now CRV man is raging and flashing his light like mad behind me and (gasp) he found his accelerator and here he comes charging after.

Not really in the mood for this BS and seen way to many dashcam videos to allow him to catch up. I check ahead and it's clear for miles so I put my foot down for 30 seconds and he disappears in my rear view mirror. He quickly gives up as traffic would be the only way he would ever catch up in a CRV.

Why was all this necessary!

Don't hog the PASSING lane.

Don't try to block people from passing you.

Don't chase people.

Turned a simple drive to the airport into unnecessary drama! Just so dumb. I made it on-time even with this BS.

Porting number to new Phone CHAOS

Simple as that, I purchased a new phone and wanted to port my number to it.

Called into customer service and the first Rep sounded sketchy, told me the line would disconnect and I would then have to restart the new phone and it would be done.

However the line NEVER disconnected after 10 minutes on hold with her. She said give it more time and if it didn't switch in 10 more minutes to call back.

Called back and another Rep picked up, I told them the saga and she looks into and basically tell me my number is stuck between two systems. Happily offered to give me another Number!!! Which I declined! If I wanted to keep my number she would have to escalate a ticket but it would take 3-4 days to resolve.

Spent 45 minutes on the phone with her, mostly on hold while she entered all the info then... CLICK disconnected!!!

Called back a third time! Got another Rep and explained the situation. He says the ticket with the information was there but it would take 1-2 hours to resolve!! (The other rep said 3-4 days! Third rep says 1-2 hours WTF)

He did say he would call me back in an hour to finish the port...

So now I'm sitting here with 40 more minutes (at least) to go, praying I don't lose my number! I also can no longer see any lines on my TW account just billing info.

Starting to get super frustrated.
