cat biting me
look i have kids okay, sometimes these kids don’t listen and i have to raise my voice. whenever i do, my 1.5 spayed cat runs over, bites me, and then furiously licks me. anyone have any idea why?

i understand inflation, and new features costing more money. but 150% increase so quickly is predatory in any market. the majority of people are not (such as myself) keen to throw $80 at an app the first go. the second month it increased a significant amount, and i figured the developers would take that feedback and come up with a solution. instead they raised the prices again. astronomically. i’m sure they have a million different excuses for why they had to do it. but in the end, it’s how can we get people hooked and squeeze as much money out of them as we can? classic bait and switch.
anyone have any experience with this? dr wants to take me off taltz and cellcept and replace with this. will keep ivig for now.
dx psoriatic arthritis
dx MOGAD
considering MCTD as 2 high RNP, symptoms etc.
I’m 33f, was dx with hashimotos after some severe eye pain (tsh >150 at dx, so attributed to that), and psoriatic arthritis following 10 years of SI joint pain. turns out, the eye pain was not in fact from the hashimotos as the ER dr believed, but MOGAD. it is what it is.
so off to neuroimmunology i went. he ran a bunch of blood work - ANA was negative on the glow slide (probably a better term for this idk), but reflexed Anti-dsna 1:20, RF IGM 19 IGG 7 and RNP 2.7. neuro circled me back to rheumatology, but started me on 2000 cellcept and ivig in the meantime (almost 6 months now). recently went back to rheumatology, RF and ANTI-dna normal now. RNP still abnormal 2.6. Rheumatology said RNP likely a false positive. but it appears neuro wasn’t comfortable with that answer and now has referred me to a rheumatologist who’s the head of his hospital directly. so i guess my question is.. why? if the one rheumatologist said it’s fine then i feel like maybe it’s fine? or is there something he’s concerned about that he just might not be saying?
