Baby cna, already feeling burnt out
So Ive been working at a ltc facility since December. I was a hospitality aide first then did the schooling. Ive been a cna for almost 2 months. I was a dumbass and worked 7 shifts a week(several doubles included) and now im finding myself extremely exhausted. I feel like I cant catch up on rest. This morning I really didn't want to come in. I feel stupid. I still love all my residents and my co workers are great too. once I get here I typically have fun. But im still just so tired and anxious. How do I recover? I already decided im not going to pick up at all in june.
