Random question for other Pet Care people:
Has anyone made a simple Pet Care cheat sheet for training new associates?
I'm working on a training guide and I have all the detailed stuff planned out (feeding, deep cleans, animal health, etc.), but I feel like that's a lot to throw at someone who's brand new.
I'm thinking more of a quick-reference page with things like opening priorities, daily tasks, important things to check, stuff you absolutely shouldn't forget, etc.
If you've made one before or have any ideas, I'd love to see them!
