Had to take a break for surgery - question on resuming
Question: I’ve been off tirz for two and a half weeks. (had to be off for a week before surgery. TMI: Awful constipation with recovery, so decided not to jump back in.). Ready to restart. Was a 8 units: wondering if I should restart at 8 or gradually ramp back up?
