How high can hedges be?
My neighbour has 2 rows of hedges/trees. The neighbour is across the road from our house and their boundary hedges are perpendicular to our driveway. The hedges / trees have grown to 20ft or more. This seriously blocks light in our driveway for about half the day.
Neighbour has refused to cut these after requests from other neighbours. We haven't spoken with them about it yet. I think its a second residence for them.
Have we any rights to light here?
