Trying to remove the remainder of my iro iro pink

I’ve been dying my hair with iro iro 70 pink and the neon pink typically mixed with ex girl from good dye young and this is the progress so far after the baking soda method a bleach wash and the ion toner method, I’m trying to get more blonde and I’m wondering what my next step should be (my bangs and underneath are staying pink)
