My manager recently did the trend of “little kid to job now” and she said I was the “personality hire”… I train employees, order inventory, check that everything is delivered, am one of the only ones who works 4+ days a week, make appliances, can work front desk, clinical at the two different offices, and work in the lab…. I’m a little offended by this… Am I right to think that’s kind of an insult calling me that online in a video?
