Holiday
My manager has refused all holiday requests I’ve made since January 12th (4) with no refusal note and left my 5th unanswered for over 2 weeks. Each time I’ve given over one months advance. I’ve also asked multiple times to change my hours from evenings as my availability has changed and both times was flat out told no. Any overtime I’ve requested had been refused cause we’re over hours but all holiday is being refused cause they need me in. I had my 4th sick day in a year and was given a disciplinary which I understand the maximum is three however in my meeting I was faulsly accused of being seen on my way to London on said sick day? Then the story was changed to they’d just been told I was in London. Does anyone know if there’s anything I can do about this?
