I've had this Redragon headset for over a year, it always worked fine, but while I was playing a game it simply stopped being recognized by the computer. I've already tried messing with the drivers, restarting the PC, Changing the USB port and everything else. On my other computer it works normally.

The controller that I connect to the PC It has a speaker and is recognized by the PC, but the headphones are not.

Please help me, I don't know what else to do and I haven't found a tutorial for this anywhere.
